HANDS

While the spine is described as the hollow bony structures
containing nerves which run to all parts of the body,
the digestive system is composed of a tube, the alimentary
canal and a number of accessory organs.
Digestion is the process by which certain organs

The main Salivary glands are located just outside
the mouth cavity. The saliva produced by these glands
is about 98% water and rest being made up of inorganic
salt and enzymes.
The one important engymes is ptylin which begins to
digest the starch within the food by breaking them
down into more simple forms of carbohydrate and sugar.
The Liver
The Gall Bladder
The pancreas
when we think of respiratory system we concern ourself
with the exchange of oxygen and carbondioxide- a life
Sustaining process termed”breathing”.
The mechanics of breathing is not so simple operation
as it seems. Man and all higher animals are equipped
with a special apparatus for breathing and supply
of oxygen to various tissues. There are three actions
involved in the process of respiration namely- inspiration,
expiration and a pause in between the two actions.
The respiratory system is associated with the nose,
the throat region (the pharynx and the larynx), the
wind pipe(trachea), th ebronchii, the sinuses, the
lungs and the diaphragm.

CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM

It is the important fluid in our body and weighs
about 1/13 of the total body weight and carries nutrition,
and oxygen to all the cells and tissues of the body.
It is estimated that the heart keeps about 5% of all
fo the blood it pumps. This blood is fed into the
heart muscle fibres by the coronary arteries which
surrounds the outside o f the heart. When a certain
type of cholesterol Is build up in one of these main
arteries, it stop the flow of blood to the heart muscles
leading to the death of heart muscle tissue heart
attack or myocardial infarction.
The bear of the heart makes the blood to flow through
arteries, it is not a steady flow but in waves of
pressures and it can be felt by placing the finger
over an artery. This is called pulse.
